A 40-Day Faith Challenge
Jesus tells us in Matthew 17:20, that faith the size of a tiny mustard seed is powerful. So, let's plant those seeds and reap the harvest.
The Seed: God's Word
Cleansing Rain: A Reflection on God's Word
God shows us time and time again that his specialty is turning the weak into the mighty. David, the scrawny kid turned king, slayed giant with 1 stone. Gideon, a coward in hiding, became a mighty man of valor. And a young virgin bore His Son.
In fact, God said His power is made perfect in weakness. (2 Corinthians 12:9) And God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty.
(1 Corinthians 1: 26-27)
Our only job (and it can be tough), is to respond with faith. And instead of dwelling on our shortcomings in completing the assignment, we must instead focus on and trust in the mighty power of God. Because when we align with God, His plan will come to fruition and His glory will shine. We will know without a doubt, it all came from God & not our own doing.
God is with you. God is all you need.
