Day 14: Living Life Faithfully

Jesus tells us in Matthew 17:20, that faith the size of a tiny mustard seed is powerful. So, let's plant those seeds and reap the harvest.

The Seed: God's Word

Cleansing Rain: A Reflection on God's Word

God’s love is unwavering, lasting, and steadfast. In other words, God’s love is faithful and God is good. For this, we should give thanks. And frankly, isn’t this just good manners?

Imagine receiving a thoughtful gift from a friend and not saying a word. You simply take the gift, enjoy it, and never even acknowledge the giver. So rude, right?

Yet, this is exactly how we treat God and the many gifts He bestows on us. How many blessings do we take for granted? Our family, our homes, food on the table, books, friends, hobbies- the list is virtually endless. Our God is faithful, let our thankfulness be faithful as well.

Reminder: It is not happy people who are thankful, it is thankful people who are happy.
